Each package described is only a suggestion. We've found that brides like a general idea of what services we offer and guideline pricing. Every bride is unique, and her special day should be EXACTLY that - perfect for her. Some brides want to do most everything themselves and just want some reassurance and guidance when requested, other brides feel overwhelmed and would feel much more comfortable with a professional wedding planner taking care of every detail. Regardless of whether or not you are like one of the brides described or somewhere in between, we would love to visit with you and create a package that fits your needs. Each Coordination package includes all services described in each previously listed package.
|Planning Only - $200||Consult plus coordination of vendors. Help with decor ideas and visit venue to go over set up. E-mail assistance as needed.|
|Set up Planning - $1,000 + Staff||Consult plus one venue meeting, one rental meeting (to mock up table) and one meeting 3 to 7 days prior to get all decor needed. Venue set up, vendor coordination and trouble-shooting.|
|Day of Coordination - $750||Two planning meetings, one to go over details and one ant the venue to go over set up. Direction for rehearsal (2 hours), Direction for Ceremony and Reception (4 hours).|
|Deluxe Package - $2,000 + Staff||Planning, day of coordination and set up / break down. Staff is provided ased on size of your wedding, how detailed your setup is and staff already provided by other vendors.|
